Being findable is not the same as being the answer.
People have stopped scrolling through ten links. They ask, they get one answer, and they act on it. Ground Truth works out what your market is actually asking, who currently owns each of those answers, and precisely what it would take for that answer to be you.
- 01A competitor
- 02Another competitor
- 03Someone two towns over
You are not in the list, and nobody told you.
A research project, not a checklist
Most AI-visibility advice is a list of files to add to your website. That part matters, and it is the easy part. The hard part is knowing which questions decide your sales, in the words your customers really use, and who is currently being quoted instead of you. That takes actual research, and it is most of what Ground Truth is.
Demand
We mine the real questions your market asks, verbatim, from the places they actually ask them. Not keyword tools. Their words.
Ownership
For every question that matters, who gets cited today, and the structural reason why. It is rarely better writing.
Readiness
Your own site, taken apart. Crawl access, structured data, sitemap integrity, how an agent reads your business, what breaks with JavaScript off.
The gap
The questions your market asks that you answer nowhere. Ranked by what moves fastest, not by what sounds worst.
One document you can act on without us
- +The question mapYour customers' real questions, grouped by where they sit in the decision, each one traceable to where we found it.
- +The competitor teardownWho owns each answer, and the anatomy of the page that is beating you, so the fix is copied from something real.
- +The gap mapRanked, with the fix written next to each one and an honest note on effort.
- +The prompts to check us withTen questions you can put into any assistant yourself. The audit you can re-run in four minutes, forever.
- +The vocabulary findingsWhat your customers call the thing you sell, where that word collides with an unrelated industry, and which word to lead with.
Want to see one before you decide? Here is a real audit, start to finish: a scent-diffuser brand. It is an e-commerce example rather than a local service business, so the findings look different from yours. Ask me for a local one on the call.

The test is automated and costs nothing. If it comes back clean, that is a real answer and you should go and do something more useful with your week.
AI Invisibility Test
We ask real AI models about your business and show you what they say. Automated, a few minutes, no charge.
Run the test →Ground Truth: the deep audit
What the market asks, who owns the answers, and the ranked plan to take them.
Book 20 minutes →Someone doing the work
If you want the gap closed rather than documented, that is a build and then a monthly seat, not a document.
How we build →Every number in it is checkable
This field is full of statistics nobody can source
Marketing is full of numbers that sound authoritative and trace back to nothing. In one industry we audited, four separate claims that every competitor repeats, including a headline figure credited to a famous brand, turned out to have no locatable study behind any of them. They get repeated because they are persuasive and nobody checks.
We do not use numbers like that, about your market or anyone else's. Every figure in a Ground Truth audit came from a request we actually made, and you can ask us to run it again in front of you. Where something could not be verified, we write that down rather than rounding it into a claim.
Ground truth is the term for the data you check everything else against. That is the whole point of the name, and it is the part of this you should hold us to.
Find out what AI says about you.
Twenty minutes to walk through what an audit would cover for your business, what it costs, and whether you need one at all. If the free test is the better starting point, I will tell you that on the call.
