Industries

Every trade has exactly one action its website has to produce.

A restaurant needs an order. A barber needs a booked slot. A remodeler needs a quote request with photographs attached. A pest control company needs a commercial bid. Find that one action and the rest of the site is just the argument for taking it - which is why we do not build the same site twice.

And the ones we have not built yet

We would rather list these honestly than write a page implying experience we do not have.

Dental and medical practices

No client yet. A practice website is mostly an insurance question, a new-patient form and a phone that gets answered, all of which we do elsewhere, but we have not shipped one in this field and will say so rather than write a page pretending we have.

Law firms

No client yet. The nearest work is Seas The Cloud, a Salesforce consultancy, and Advantage Mortgage Processing, a business-to-business service that sells one named professional rather than a firm. That is the same problem a small practice has, but it is not a law firm, and we will not claim it is.

If you are in one of these and the rest of the site makes sense to you, the missing case study is worth less than you think. Ask us what we would do and judge the answer.

All of them are in the work gallery, where you can hover any card and see the site it replaced.

Questions

Why does the industry matter? Is a website not a website?

The layout is the least of it. What changes by trade is the single action the site has to produce, and that action dictates everything above it. A restaurant needs an order, a barber needs a booked slot, a remodeler needs a quote request with photographs, a pest control company needs a commercial bid from a facilities manager, a notary needs a phone call in the next twenty minutes. Those are five different pages. Building them the same way is why most small business sites do nothing.

My trade is not listed. Does that mean you cannot do it?

No. These are the trades we have done enough of to write about honestly. We have also built for a bike shop, a mortgage processor, a pet care company, a Salesforce consultancy, two nonprofits and our own Shopify brand. If yours is not here, the first conversation is the same: what is the one action, and who takes it.

Do you only work in Palm Beach County?

No. Most of our work is local because we would rather sit across a table from you, but roughly a third is remote, including clients in Louisiana, Texas and Argentina. See remote web design for how that runs.

Do you have a client in my exact trade before you will take the job?

No, and we will tell you plainly when we do not. There are pages on this site that say no client in this town yet, and pages that say no client in this trade yet, because pretending otherwise is the easiest thing in the world to check. What we bring instead is twenty-five years of marketing and a habit of auditing the numbers before writing code.

What is the one action your site has to produce?

If you can answer that in a sentence, we can probably tell you in fifteen minutes why your current site is not producing it. If you cannot, that is the more useful conversation.
