Nonprofit partners

Some of our best clients have never paid us a dollar.

We build websites, run ads, wire up AI and do the SEO for a handful of Palm Beach County nonprofits, and we do not invoice them for any of it. Not a discount. Not a starter package. Free, and the same work we would charge a business four figures a month for.

If you run a nonprofit, read this Meet the causes
Why we do it

A nonprofit's marketing budget is money taken away from the actual work.

Every dollar a cause spends on an agency is a dollar that did not reach the person it was raised for.

We are not comfortable being that line item. A women's shelter paying us $2,000 a month is a shelter with $24,000 less to spend on beds, counseling and food. So for the causes we genuinely believe in, we take ourselves out of the equation entirely and hand over the same work we sell, at no charge, for as long as they want it. Their budget goes where it was always meant to go.

This is not a marketing angle and we are not fishing for credit. We keep doing it because a good site and a working donation path measurably change what a small nonprofit can raise, and that is a genuinely satisfying thing to be able to give away.

What free actually means

The same work, the same standard, no invoice

Free work has a reputation for being half-finished and quietly abandoned. So here is exactly what a nonprofit partner gets, and what they never get asked for.

01

The whole build

A hand-coded website, fast and accessible, with the donation path working properly on a phone. Legal pages, analytics, Search Console, redirects from every old URL so nothing they had ranked for gets lost.

02

A portal they control

Most of our nonprofits can edit their own site: events, photos, team members, text, all of it, without calling us. Volunteers change constantly at a nonprofit. The site has to keep up without a support ticket.

03

Hosting and upkeep

We host it, we keep it patched, and we fix things when they break. There is no renewal date where the price suddenly appears. If they want us gone, the site and the systems are theirs to keep.

04

SEO and content

Real technical SEO, schema, sitemaps, page structure and the writing. Being findable is the cheapest fundraising there is, and it is the thing nonprofits are least often given.

05

AI and automation

A chat assistant that answers donor and volunteer questions at 11pm, and the follow up that makes sure a volunteer application does not sit in an inbox for a week. Same stack our paying clients run.

06

Advertising, where it helps

Google gives qualifying nonprofits up to $10,000 a month in free Ad Grant spend. Almost nobody claims it, because it is fiddly to set up and easy to lose. We will set it up and run it.

The causes we back

Two organizations doing work we could not do ourselves

Both of these are live, both are free, and every link below goes straight to them. Go and look at what they do. Better still, give them something.

Wellington · Wildlife conservation

The Frank Verney Foundation

Wildlife, conservation and education

Twenty-five years of protecting wildlife, restoring habitat and putting children in front of animals they would otherwise only see on a screen. The foundation runs hands-on education programmes and is entirely community and volunteer powered.

We rebuilt their site, wired their donations, and gave them a portal so they can run their own events. Their annual gala, A Night for Conservation, sells tickets straight from the page.

Lake Worth Beach · Service club

Rotary Club of Lake Worth Beach

People of action, ninety years in

Nine decades of scholarships, service projects and quiet community work in Lake Worth Beach. The kind of organization that has been holding a town together for so long that most people have stopped noticing.

They now run their own site: members add events, update the gala, and change the page without ever calling us. That mattered more than anything else we could have built them, because a service club's roster turns over every year.

If you run a nonprofit

Reach out. That is the whole process.

There is no application form, no grant cycle and no committee. Tell us what you do and what is in your way. If we can help and we believe in it, we will say yes, and if we cannot we will tell you straight away rather than leave you waiting.

What we are looking for:

  • A registered 501(c)(3), or something clearly on its way to being one
  • Working in or around Palm Beach County, so we can actually sit down with you
  • A cause we can get behind honestly, because we will be writing your words
  • Someone on your side who can answer questions and make a decision

What we will never ask you for:

  • Money, at any point, including later
  • A board seat, a logo placement or a share of what you raise
  • An exclusivity agreement or a contract of any kind
  • A testimonial, unless you feel like giving one

One honest limit: we take on a small number of these at a time, because doing it properly takes real hours and we will not stack up promises we cannot keep. If we are full, we will say so and tell you when that changes.

And if you are a business

This is the same work we would do for you

Everything on this page, the builds, the portals, the SEO, the AI agents, is exactly what we do for the companies who do pay us. The nonprofits get it free. You get it with someone who will sit across your counter as often as it takes, month to month, no contract.
