How fast is "the moment it moves"?
We check once a day, so you hear within a day of a review appearing. We would rather say that plainly than claim instant. Google does not push anything to us, we go and look.
Can you tell which reviews came from my card?
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Google gives us your total and your rating, never where an individual review came from. We report the real numbers and let you draw your own conclusions.
Will you reply to my reviews for me?
Not today. Replying needs access to your Google Business Profile, which is a separate thing we are still building. When it is ready you will be the first to know.
Do I need one of your review cards?
It is built for people who already have one, because we already know your business and your listing. If you do not have one yet, start there.
How many people can I add?
As many as you want, at no extra cost. Everyone on the list gets their own email, so your manager can be told without them needing an account.
